Brief Biodata of Hon. Jerome Uzorka
I am Hon. Jerome Azubuikeogwu Uzorka, Born into the Royal Family of Umu-Olisa Uzorka Dynasty in Oko-Amakom Clan located in Oshimili South LGA of Delta State.
I am happily married to Mrs Ifeoma Blessing Uzorka and the Marriage is blessed with Two lovely Sons Name Ikechukwu Uzorka Jerome Junior and Chukwunonso Uzorka Emmanuel.
I am Blessed to say that I have a Beloved Brother in the person of Mr David Patrick Nonso Uzorka who happens to be my immediate Elder brother and Four lovely sisters namely Mrs Jane Omeogo Nwachukwu, Mrs Lilian Nwanyidi Ojie, Mrs Nkemdilim Banigo Youpele and Mrs Adaeze Clement.
I wish to state it categorically that in My Lovely Wedded Wife is Me and as such all I have is also hers, and Master Ikechukwu Uzorka Jerome Junior is my Next of Kin and will Become my Successor in case of Death and if He is Under age, My lovely wife will handle the Position pending when he comes of Age (18).
I am also happy to say that am a Co-founder of NAUO business Mind and the Treasurer of the Company also. The Company Official website was built by my I.T company (Smatech Guru Nig Ltd).
Brief History Of NAUO Business Mind Nig Ltd By Hon. Jerome Uzorka Azubuike.
24th day of September, 2021 being Friday is a day I will never forget in my life. The Journey of NAUO Business Mind started far back in 24th September 2021 in Ose Oba Kitchen Mahavir Enclave, Nanda Block Palam New Delhi India after IPOB zonal meeting. It was just like joke when I was telling Mebisie that IPOB palam is not using the potentials of her members, I pointed out to him that had it been that the leadership of Palam Zone have sense that they would have utilized the potentials of the gifted members and be generating huge amount of money as a group not tasking and begging money all the time. It was on this topic that One Mr Ejikeme over heard the discussion between Myself and Mr Emeke Mebisie and he said that he want me to repeat the topic that he is highly interested in making use of the potentials that the zone failed to use and he challenged the discussion with More drinks with first donation of 500 indian rupees and I pronounced him CEO by the act of being the first Investor of the Business with 500/- additional drinks. He also called to the knowledge of one Mr Ikechukwu Chukwu and the Four of us agreed to kickstart the Business venture and the name IPOB Business Minds was adopted and I Mr Jerome created a whatsapp group to that effect and added the three Young men plus myself making 4 men.
On the 26th September 2021, These great Men had an online Meeting but Ikechukwu was absent in the meeting and when I called to inquire he said that he was not interested with the reason that we will not succeed that he envisaged problem between us. I, as the only admin as at the time of the formation, removed him immediately and Myself, Ejikeme and Mebisie proceeded and agreed to lunch a W-site for Business and I being an I.T Guru, explained to the then board of Directors that we will be needing 162,000 Naira to Kickstart the two proposed work items and we divided the money into 3 and it was 54,000 per person.
On 27th September, Mr Ejikeme Nwaolisa Paid his own 54,000 naira and I was always ready with my own share of the money because I was the Engine House of the Business and also the Engineer of the empire.
On the 29th September, 2021. Mr Emeka Mebisie Paid his 54,000 naira and I created a second whatsapp group for business and it was lunched immediately. (working and normal)
On the 18th of October, 2021 less than 1 month the Business started bringing Profit and Mr Ejikeme recovered all his money spent and enough interest follow up and Myself and Mebisie gained but not upto to the amount spent and on 29th October and 31st October 2021 exactly 1month our company made Ejikeme Millionaire profit in our business and Myself and mebisie gained more than what we invested and started making profits upon profit.
The whole of November, 2021 was hell for me as Onwuatuegwu Onyedika didn’t allow me to rest. He was disturbing me that he dreamt when he was at the hospital that we started company and wanted to be part of it and I tried all I could not to tell him anything because I was close to him and I didn’t want other directors to think I brought him because he was close to me but he insisted and before I could notice he Has started disturbing other directors and the CEO then accepted him. He was to pay 75,000 naira registration fee but after online board meeting on 25th November we agreed and reduced the registration money to 54,000 naira.
On the 3rd December, 2021 Mr onwuatuegwu Onyedika was supposed to pay 54,000 to become an active member but due to money problem he was only able to pay 40,000 and I offered to forfeit 14,000 naira for him. The 40,000 was share as follows: Ejikeme 18,000 naira, Emeka 18,000 naira and Jerome 4000 naira. And Onyedika became an active director.
The whole of December was great and Onyedika started getting profit immediately from the company because CEO declared dividend on 17th December and we all received our percents as usual but Onyedika was just appreciated because he was not a director at the time the deal that brought the money was done.
1st January and 9th January 2022, Dividend was declared and we received our share accordingly and Onyedika gained more than he invested in less than one month also.
On 4th February, 2022. I brought a proposal of a Legal company that will go into Real Estate and Importation and it was discussed and adopted. I also told the Board members that it will cost us 60,000 naira to register the company with CAC and another 60,000 naira for NAUO site and 2000 rupees each for clericals the naira was 120,000 for registration and Official website and the money was divided into 4 directors and it became 30,000 per person. The 2000/- was paid by 3 persons, Onwuatuegwe is still yet to pay me his own. We suggested different names and I was Happy that it was the name I suggested that was adopted (NAUO).
On the 10th of Februay, 2022. Ejikeme paid 90,000 for Himself, Emeka and Onyedika. I paid Mrs Ojiugo 60,000 naira same day and forwarded our details to her. And I was waiting for our company registration from CAC to start our official website. On the same 10th of February, the Business idea compiled by Jerome uzorka was read and adopted. My House was also adopted as the NAUO Business Mind Head Office.
February was rosy for me as I made Million also with the influence that I am a director in the company. My business Partner (client) having seen that I was a director in the company website believed me and invested in my deal that gave me million. I hosted the Board meeting Three consecutive time during this my deal. The company that started in September 29th 2021 has been able to raise Millionaires by February (less than 4 months).
On the 11th March 2022. I wrote and presented NAUO business Mind Resolution and it was read and approved to become our bye law. We discussed a lot and all of us tried to design a logo for the company, we did all we could but didn’t get a desired one so we decided to go home and continue with the logo design differently till next meeting.
On the 14th March, 2022. I woke up only to receive a logo sketch by Hon Ejikeme and the sketch was super and out of JOY I sent it to our General whatsapp group and it was generally adopted to become our logo starting from 14th day of March, 2022.
On the 1st April 2022, We agreed to open Account with Keystone Bank and We Chose 27th April for the Account opening by our representatives. We also adopted Nnewi Branch because that is the Branch where I have contact.
On the 8th of April I had first quarrel in Board meeting with Johnbosco Onyedika because of Our Polo and seal with stamp that he has spent over 1 month still he was unable to get it done. The Board member asked me to join him to make sure that the dynasty seal and stamp will be ready before next meeting scheduled for 15th April 2022. I assured the board and on Monday being 11th April 2022, I called but Mr Onyedika didn’t return early enough from the hospital so we rescheduled for Tuesday being 12th.
On the 12th of April 2022, Onyedika and myself went for the stamp and seal and stamp was done same day but when I called Hon Ejikeme he and Hon Emeka came to the artist shop in Gwuduwara Road Mahavir enclave New Delhi and the CEO made correction and it was effected immediately. And we where asked to come for the seal on 13th. Being the next day.
On the 13th April 2022 Our CAC Registration Certificate was ready and sent to us. and same day also our Dynasty seals was ready along side the company seal also.
On the 14th April 2022, I became more angry when Johnbosco gave negative report that our polo will not be ready and out of anger I went out to a boutique, bought a desired quality polo and went straight to a printer shop and printed the NAUO Business Mind Polo and I Became the First to Lunch the Company Polo and I was so happy and fulfilled.
On 15th April 2022, CEO canceled our Board Meeting with the reason that Johnbosco failed in Polo and that there is also enough drink in IPOB meeting. These excuses made me so much angry to the level that I quarreled all through 16th of April 2022 in our whatsapp group. Even when Mebisie suggested for us to hold the meeting on Easter day I said I was not available. I was so angry because as Jerome Uzorka Azubuike, I don’t think anything will make me cancel NAUO activity but CEO canceled our meeting even when we where planning about our account opening proposed for 27th April and Document collection from CAC Awka and website Template payment as we later agreed to use a 180 dollars template to build our site.
On the 16th April, 2022, I quarrel and quarrel and was never listening because it was like as if we don’t know what we where into. I was unable to sleep because I was thinking and the anger of my sleepless night made me so much furious when it was dawn of the day.
On the 17th April 2022, Hon Ejikeme Paid for the website template and Johnbosco paid part payment also
On the 18th April 2022, Hon emeka paid for his website template
On 19th April John bosco completed his own payment
On 22 April 2022, I presented second NAUO Business Mind Resolution and it was signed and sealed. And I Hosted our Website and it was live and our official email was also live and active for the account opening
On 27th April 2022 We opened account with Keystone Bank and we Opened it with 20,000 naira and gave 5000 each to our representative as thank you for coming and we also hosted them in Mr biggs and they ate 32,700.
On 28th April 2022 Keystone bank sent our account details and demanded SCUML certificate. They said that our company is into real estate and importation that we need SCUML certificate from EFCC and they charged us 90,000 which we divided into 4 and it became 22500 per person.
On 30th April 2022, I complained that our site was not ready because the details has not all been sent to me and the CEO gave ultimatum that every director should make sure that he submits his own on or before May 30th 2022.
On 3rd May 2022, We all paid our SCUML money and the Bank started the Process.
On 13th May 2022 We held Board meeting in Mebisie House Because of Security Challenges in my area and on that meeting I announced to the Board that I have started the Official website design and I promised that it will be ready before next meeting if Every Person submits their details. And I also presented a Business Idea of the Land at Oloa Ossissa in NDokwa East LGA Delta State selling at 350k 50/100 and we adopted it and decided to resell at 450k 50/100.
Today 17th May 2022, I am happy to say that NAUO Business Mind Nig Limited Official Website is completed and Lunched to the glory of Chukwu Okike Abiama. Iseeeeeeeeeee
All money was paid to my Account because I am the Engineer/Executioner and treasurer of NAUO Business Mind Nig Ltd.
